The easiest solution to stop spamming in discuz forum

There's so many spammer, bots, robots on the internet nowsaday, especially in discuz forum system. How do the webmasters to stop spamming in their website?

I found the rule in AdminCP for checking the real users is Uploading Avatar.
AdminCP --> Security --> Basic Settings --> check on "Force users to upload avatar" option.


With this solution, inactive/unverified users cannot post before finish uploading the avatar photos.
